The system is so simple Heather paid her 9-year-old daughter Mackayla to engrave trophies onsite at a soccer game while she coached. Together, mother and daughter settled on charging $10 each for each trophy. They gave 50% back to the soccer club as a donation, so in total, the soccer club received $150, Heather made $150, and her daughter learned the value of hard work in addition to a $30 allowance.
